We have heard about overnight millionaires and billionaires who link their success to working for themselves. They extend an olive branch by curating step by step guides to generate similar success amongst inspirational videos, seminars and coaching. This entices most of us today because who wouldn’t like to get away from nine to five or timed shifts just to build up someone else business. The Hours on hours of sweat, tears, and mental stress can be channelled toward your dreams rather than the bosses but working for them is just for the experience right? After gaining years of it their life will be mine or at least that’s the thought process but trust me there is another way but it does not come easy or overnight. 

Before reading anything further, ask yourself these three questions: am I comfortable following normal conventions? Do I want to start out from the bottom? Is the idea good enough? 

Answering the three questions is not a must but they are foundational for understanding what is going on in this section. This is not a guide nor a proven set of steps to success due to the fact that my path to success is not yours and it never will be, which is the harsh truth. We are individuals with different thought processes, personalities along with other vast differences but If losing comfort, guaranteed income and a few sleepless nights do not scare you then, I welcome you. You are now apart of something bigger than yourself because that’s what being an entrepreneur is all about or at least what I’ve told myself. It is the best way to stop thinking about money and the good life as you build out how this brilliant idea benefits everyday life for the masses. 

Since this is just an introduction post, I will not explode with any more information than what is written above. However, there are a plethora of posts on the writer’s board to help you understand that you are not alone in this journey. Moreover, I’ve been just as lost as you are, most likely even more so and I’ve managed to still follow my passion for doing what I love.
